IT HURTS TOO MUCH By Chuck Yarborough Egos are fragile things, and mine is no exception. But ya know, I guess if I'm gonna dish it out, I should be able to take it. So I just thought I'd let y’all know that Eric Carmen didn't take too kindly to some of my comments in a column earlier this week about a Raspberries show in New York last weekend. I'll let him have his say: "As for the little potshot about not liking my post-Raspberries music, I'll have to console myself with the fact that artists from Sheryl Crow to Frank Sinatra, and about 50 million people who bought records that I wrote, sang or produced apparently disagree with you." And in another e-mail, Carmen said he felt like I left out the most important fact in my original article, based on a report by a New York writer: that Bruce Springsteen himself is the one who turned Jon Bon Jovi onto the Raspberries.
