On November 13, 1973, the original Raspberries—Eric Carmen, Wally Bryson, Jim Bonfanti and Dave Smalley—made their last appearance on television on The Mike Douglas Show, which was taped in Philadelphia, PA. The group would shortly reform with new members Scott McCarl and Michael McBride replacing Dave and Jim.

"Dave and I left the band on the first Monday after Thanksgiving," says Jim. "so The Mike Douglas Show appearance was probably one of our last. I remember on that show we met Joe Namath, and that was neat!"

ETV presents the complete performance of the band's segment from that historic show, including both songs and the interview with the band. They performed to a pre-recorded track with the vocals stripped out—so Eric is singing live here! So, sit back, and enjoy!
